1995 tarihli muhteşem Smoke filminin en son "hayal" sahnesinde duyulan muhteşem Tom Waits şarkısı. Tom Waits şarkıyı ilk defa '87 yılındaki Franks Wild Years albümünde yayınlamıştır. Bu albümde bir de Telephone Call From Istanbul diye bir şarkı vardır ki uzak diyarlar aranıp bu cümle söylendiğinde pek eğlenceli olur. Ne var ki albümdeki şarkı bence Innocent when you dream'dir.
